FAQs

How far in advance should we book your services for our wedding?

It’s advisable to book your wedding photographer at least 9–12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, I do accommodate last-minute bookings when my schedule permits.

What is your photography style?

I specialize in a blend of documentary, photojournalism and fine art photography, capturing candid moments and creating timeless, artistic images that tell the story of your special day.

Will you be the primary photographer at our wedding?

Yes, I will always be the one photographing your day.

Do you provide a second photographer or assistant?

Yes, if you’d like one. I have a close-knit group of trusted photographer friends that I regularly work with as second shooters.

Can we customize a photography package to suit our specific needs?

Absolutely! I offer flexible packages and am happy to tailor them to meet your unique requirements. Let’s discuss your preferences and create a personalized package that fits your vision and budget.

How many photos can we expect from our wedding day, and how will they be delivered?

The number of photos depends on the duration of coverage and the flow of your day. On average, you can expect around 400–600 high-resolution images. Final edited photos are delivered via a secure online gallery, where you can download, share, and order prints.

What are your payment terms and options?

A deposit is required to secure your date, with the final balance due one week before your wedding.

Do you include an engagement shoot in your packages?

Yes, an engagement shoot is included in some packages. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera. It’s entirely optional and can be discussed based on your needs.

Are you familiar with our wedding venue?

I’ve worked at a variety of venues across the UK. If I haven’t photographed at your specific venue before, I’ll visit it in advance to get familiar with the layout and plan for the best photo opportunities.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

I’m prepared for all weather conditions. In case of rain, I have protective gear for my equipment, and we can get creative with indoor or covered locations. Rainy day shots can be incredibly romantic and unique!

Can we provide you with a list of specific shots we want?

Absolutely! I welcome any specific shots or moments you’d like captured. It helps me understand what’s most important to you and ensures nothing meaningful is missed.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

You’ll receive your fully edited wedding photos within 1–2 weeks after your big day.

Do you have contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies?

Absolutely. I’m fortunate to have a reliable network of trusted photographers. While it’s something no one wants to think about, I have solid backup plans in place. If anything unexpected arises on my end, you can be confident your day will still be beautifully documented.

Do you travel for weddings outside of the UK?

Yes! I love destination weddings and am happy to travel. Travel costs may apply depending on the location, and I can go over all the details during our consultation.

Will all our photos be edited?

Yes, every image you receive will be professionally edited to ensure consistency, tone, and quality. I do not provide RAW or unedited images.

How do we book you?

To secure your date, just reach out through my contact form or email. Once I confirm availability, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the deposit. It’s a simple and smooth process.
